Indeed, after having been unable first to unlock my phone with both codes I obtained (by return), I then sent an email to the Support: I IMMEDIATELY received a valid response (from Mike) which did solve my problem AT ONCE!! Ah, one more thing: This correspondence took place AFTER MIDNIGHT...so this company has really established an absolute perfect support infrastructure for its customers!
